We do not deliver to packing stations. Please indicate your full address when ordering.

Shipping cost: The standard shipping cost for an order is xxxxx unless there is a discount or free shipping discount promotion listed on the top banner.  

Delivery time:  Once your credit card is verified and your order is processed and shipped from (city and country).  Orders are shipped Monday through Friday only.  We are closed major holidays. Normally, you should receive your order within three working days. 

Please note:  Delivery time varies during high order volume times like the month of December.  Allow 5-7 working days for your orders to be shipped during that time.

We do not send partial deliveries, but only complete orders.  In the unusual event that one of the products in your order is not available, we will cancel your order and refund your payment.  You will received an email notification of the refund and cancellation.



Properly completed orders will be shipped according to the service guidelines listed above. Orders are properly completed after credit card authorizations are obtained and shipping address is confirmed. In addition, Zippo reserves the right to hold and/or cancel any order for suspected fraud. Orders that cannot be properly completed will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email.


Multiple Addresses

Unfortunately we are unable to split ship orders to different addresses.  We are happy to ship your order where you need it to go, but you will need to place a separate order for each address that you need items shipped to. Shipping and handling rates, as well as applicable sales taxes, apply for each delivery address.


International Orders

We are happy to ship to addresses within the United States. We are unable to ship to international addresses. If you are outside of the U.S.A., please visit the authorized Zippo retailer in your country.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to carrier shipping regulations, Zippo windproof lighters are shipped without lighter fluid. To use your Zippo lighter, fill with Zippo premium lighter fluid.

There are several products like: fuel, lighter fluid, and Classic and Slim lighter gift sets that must ship standard ground due to carrier restrictions. If you order other products within an order that includes one of these products, expedited shipping is not a valid option for shipping.   


eGift Card Shipping

eGift Cards will be sent via email upon receipt of payment.  If your eGift Card order DOES NOT include the purchase of other merchandise your payment will process immediately and you will receive your eGift Card to your email address.  If your eGift Card order DOES include the purchase of other merchandise your payment will process and your eGift Card will be emailed once your whole order ships.  Please note that if your order includes a customized product, shipment of the entire order, including the eGift Card, will take up to 5 days.  (Please note if you wish to receive your eGift Card as quickly as possible it is best to purchase eGift Cards and other merchandise separately.)
